Full Job Description Role Summary:

We are a metal fabrication shop in Rogers currently expanding our production crew and looking for a reliable individual to fill the role of Grinder / Finishing Operator. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by performing sanding, grinding, and surface finishing tasks to ensure all metal components satisfy our strict quality and visual requirements.

Primary Duties:

Utilize various power and hand tools to sand, grind, and refine metal parts. Examine components for imperfections to help ensure our final products meet all necessary quality standards. Keep your workstation organized to support a safe and efficient environment for everyone. Support the broader production team by assisting with material handling and additional shop tasks. Adhere to all established safety protocols to help maintain a secure workplace for the entire team.

Required Skills and Experience:

Prior background in fabrication, metal finishing, or grinding is a plus, though we are open to training motivated individuals. High level of precision and a dedication to producing high-quality work. Physical capability to remain standing for long durations and lift weights up to 50 lbs. Dependable work ethic with a focus on safety and a desire to develop new skills.
