• What You'll Do
• + Operate die casting machines to produce aluminum and magnesium parts that meet quality and production standards + Support die cast operations, including basic machine adjustments and setup assistance as directed + Perform visual inspections to identify defects, surface issues, or nonconforming parts + Use plug gauges and basic measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality + Safely handle cast parts weighing from a few ounces up to 30+ pounds + Perform deburring and basic finishing operations + Monitor equipment during operation and promptly report issues or abnormalities + Follow standard work instructions, quality procedures, and production requirements + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Work closely with teammates in die cast and machining departments to keep production running smoothly + Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements at all times + Contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency, and safety •What We're Looking For•

Required:

• + At least
• 6 months of machine operation experience
