Full-Time About the Role We are seeking experienced grinders and polishers to support fabrication of stainless steel equipment used in sanitary environments - primarily biopharma industries . This role plays a critical part in producing high-quality, clean finishes on welds and surfaces that meet strict industry standards. If you have experience working with stainless steel welds, blending, and polishing to a sanitary finish , this is a strong opportunity to join a growing and stable team. Key Responsibilities Grind and polish stainless steel welds and surfaces to meet sanitary and cosmetic standards Blend weld seams to achieve smooth, uniform finishes Use hand tools and equipment such as angle grinders, flap wheels, sanders, and polishers Follow specifications for surface finish requirements (Ra, mirror, brushed, etc.) Inspect work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Previous experience in grinding and polishing stainless steel , preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Experience working with sanitary welds is strongly preferred Ability to identify and achieve different finish requirements (e.g., brushed, mirror, sanitary) Comfortable using hand tools and finishing equipment Strong attention to detail and quality What We're Looking For Individuals who take pride in producing clean, high-quality finishes Consistency and attention to detail in repetitive work Team players who can work in a fast-paced shop environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Long-term opportunity with a growing company
