SEAM ROOM OPERATOR.

Full-time- 2nd shift shift position Salary commensurate with experience Overtime as needed based on production Must be at work on time on a daily basis Set up, operate, and monitor Karlville & DCM Seam Units, Inspection Units, Sheeter Units, and related finishing equipment. Review job orders, specifications, and production requirements to ensure accurate setup and production. Produce quality products that meet customer specifications, company standards, and production schedules. Perform in-process inspections and complete required quality and production documentation. Follow all QA procedures pertaining to the sheeter May be required to perform several set-ups per shift Keep the work area neat and clean Able to read and write at high school equivalency Have general working knowledge of mathematics (particularly fractions and decimals) Must be able to use various measuring devices Able to read and comprehend job orders Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis Requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and moving moderate loads Must be able to readily communicate with supervisor Perform other duties assigned or required Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check. Position located at JRCI- Label Division, 10708 Granite St., Charlotte, NC 28273 (off of Westinghouse Blvd.)
