About the Role As a Mechanical Processing Technician, you will play a vital role in our production floor by operating advanced non-thermal machinery to shape and refine high-quality metal components. You will be responsible for ensuring precision and efficiency in every project, directly impacting our ability to deliver superior products to our clients. Responsibilities Configure and manage non-thermal equipment, including saws, shears, press brakes, rollers, and digi-benders, to meet exact production specifications. Drive operational excellence by interpreting complex blueprints and technical work instructions to ensure high-accuracy output. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, slide dial calipers, and tape measures to maintain rigorous quality standards. Execute complex mathematical conversions between fractions and decimals to ensure material accuracy. Safely operate heavy material handling equipment, including overhead cranes, forklifts, and side loaders, to facilitate efficient workflow. Maintain a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all facility protocols and utilizing required personal protective equipment. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results for all customer orders. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial processing environment. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
