Responsibilities Bruker Energy and Supercon Technologies (Bruker EST) is the world leader in the production of superconducting wires. Position Overview:
This position is a key role in our manufacturing production facility. This is a first shift role with normal working hours between 7AM to 3:30PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety regulations as stated in the OST Safety Manual. Proficiently use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Assembly of etch-cleaned parts in a clean room environment Assist in the development and revision of billet packing procedures as needed Maintain well-organized manufacturing paperwork Support and help improve our Lean manufacturing practices Work comfortably as part of a team on some tasks, and work comfortably with minimal supervision at other times Need to be capable of lifting 50 pounds Maintain a clean work environment Working overtime as the production schedule requires Able to follow packing diagrams Cross-training as required per business needs
Qualifications Qualifications Needed:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing experience preferred Must have basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Ability to communicate, read, and write in English. Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment. Ability to read and understand all safety operating procedures and to use all safety features and equipment. Ability to work overtime as needed. Must have US Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Sponsorship is not available for this position. At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated hourly range for this full-time position is between $18.00/hr and $25.00/hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
