This opportunity offers $20.00 per hour, including a $2.00 shift premium , and a 20-minute paid lunch .

Deburr Operator Job Summary:

Pay:

$18.00 an hour + $2.00 shift premium

Shift:

3rd Shift | Sunday night-Friday morning | 9:00 PM-5:00 AM Deburr parts using sanders, pedestal belt sanders, Dynafile tools, bench grinders, and automated deburring machines Perform acid cleaning on designated parts Use and lubricate air tools Identify and replace dull tools Separate laser-cut pieces from steel blanks Set up and operate metal finishing machinery Follow blueprints, written instructions, and established procedures Maintain a clean, organized work area Complete additional tasks assigned by the shift leader

Deburr Operator Qualifications:

Previous machine operator experience in a production environment preferred Ability or willingness to learn to operate metal finishing equipment Ability or willingness to learn to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to stand for most of the shift and frequently walk short distances Ability to frequently lift and handle parts weighing 5-10 pounds Ability to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to push and pull manual hand trucks and carts Ability to bend occasionally and frequently reach, handle, and grip parts while deburring Why Peoplelink Staffing?
