$20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Full-Time | Manufacturing Minutemen Staffing is hiring an experienced Sandblast Operator for a manufacturing company in Akron, Ohio. We are looking for dependable candidates with previous sandblasting experience who are ready for steady, full-time work. Available Shift Day shift What You'll Do Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for painting, coating, and other treatments Set up and adjust sandblasting equipment and machinery for proper operation Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition Report equipment issues or problems to management Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders to determine required specifications and processes Maintain accurate production records, including materials used and any issues or deviations from standard procedures Perform regular quality control checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications and standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in sandblasting operations Knowledge of sandblasting equipment and machinery Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled Ability to follow safety and production procedures Take the next step and apply today!
