Overview We are seeking a dedicated Microscope Deburrer to join our manufacturing team, specializing in precision finishing and quality assurance of machined components. In this role, you will utilize advanced microscopy tools to meticulously remove burrs and imperfections from parts, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and experience working in a fast-paced factory environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production while honing technical skills in machining and inspection. Responsibilities Use microscopes to identify burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections on machined parts. Deburr components accurately using hand tools, grinding equipment, or specialized machinery to achieve smooth surfaces. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with assembly line personnel to ensure timely processing of parts for packaging and shipment. Support quality control processes by documenting inspection results and identifying areas for process improvement. Handle materials safely during fabrication, materials handling, and packaging operations. Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or factory environments is highly preferred. Ability to operate hand tools effectively for deburring and assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
