Job ResponsibilitiesRemove burrs, rough edges, and excess material from machined partsPerform surface finishing and texturizing to meet quality requirementsFollow processing instructions and work ordersReview blueprints for angles, radiuses, chamfers, and surface finish requirementsInspect and deburr parts using up to 10X magnificationMaintain production rates while meeting quality standardsCarefully handle parts to prevent nicks, scratches, or other damageKeep the work area and equipment clean and organizedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic math, English, and spelling skillsBasic blueprint reading is preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and good manual dexterityComfortable using hand tools, grinders, buffing wheels, belt sanders, and similar equipmentAble to work under magnification for extended periodsAble to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to identify critical surfaces and prevent damage during processingManufacturing or deburring experience is a plus!

1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:30 PMInova Staffing is currently hiring a Hand Deburring & Texturizing Operator for a manufacturing client in Mentor.
