- Safely Operate draw benches to provide our customers with products of the highest value, quality, and performance.
+ Operate safely and identify/correct unsafe situations. + Follow work Instructions and process specifications for machine setup and production. + Keep track of drawbench changeovers. + Complete machine setup/changeover in a timely manner. + Read micrometers. + Perform routine quality checks/Visual inspections + Enter quality checks into Route Card. + Place nonconforming products on hold. + Monitor the draw bench to ensure production of quality product. + Report maintenance issues as they arise. + Communicate with PCs, Team Leads, Process Techs, Maintenance, etc. + Perform housekeeping to meet expectations. + Must be willing to operate other equipment if needed.
- Qualifications
- + Previous Draw Bench experience preferred.
+ Ability to meet production rates. + Able to lift approx. 65 pounds continually. + Possess excellent time management skills. + Be a driven self-starter who requires minimal supervision. + Able to meet expectations for safety and attendance. + Possess an excellent quality record. + Possess an excellent attitude, communication, and teamwork skills. + Obtain and maintain a valid Forklift License
