Tulsa, OK Pay:
$21-$23 per hour + $1 Shift Differential 2 nd Shift Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Plasma Operator to operate plasma cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for reading work orders and blueprints, setting up and operating plasma machines, cutting materials to specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout production. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous plasma table or CNC plasma cutting experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements Proficient with tape measure and basic shop math Ability to operate plasma cutting equipment safely and accurately Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Pass drug screen and background check Responsibilities Set up and operate plasma cutting equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Measure, cut, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy Load and unload materials onto plasma table or work area Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed Grind, clean, and prepare cut parts as required Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Assist with other shop duties as assigned
