Job Summary:
Operations will safely and effectively operate machinery at assigned work zones for Dillard MDF•Armorite Trim.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Follow all safety protocols, wear PPE (as required), perform BBS (Behavior Based Safety), proactively watch for and report hazards, and promote a safety-first culture Work as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals Adhere to attendance guidelines Interact cooperatively and productively with supervisors, co-workers and other support staff and vendors Willing to actively train new team members Willing to cross train on new jobs, skills and perform other duties as assigned Clean-up and Maintain production equipment; including but not limited to machine operation, and forklift operation
