Waterjet Programmer and Operator

About Us:

Herkules USA Corporation is a leading international machine manufacturer specializing in the building and remanufacturing of machine tools used in the aluminum, steel, and paper industries.

Job Description:

• Setup, program and operate waterjet.
• Produce parts and components to meet production times and engineering specifications

Qualifications:

• Creating and modifying CNC programs based on blueprints, CAD drawings, and customer specifications
• Preparing the waterjet machine for operation, including adjusting pressure, abrasive flow, and nozzle settings
• Reliable, self-motivated, individual with a positive attitude, good work ethics and ability to follow instructions
• At least 1 year experience working in a machine shop environment
• Performing routine maintenance on the waterjet machine to ensure optimal performance and addressing any issues that may arise
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures related to waterjet operation
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
• Perform as a productive and cooperative member of a team or independently
