Machine Tool Operator - CNC Machining Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Tool Operator to operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce quality components according to work orders and engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, lathes, drill presses, and milling machines. Perform machine setups, tool changes, and minor maintenance. Read work orders, setup instructions, and engineering drawings. Measure, inspect, and deburr parts to meet quality standards. Maintain tooling, fixtures, and an organized, safe work area. Cross-train on various machining tasks and work overtime as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Six months of machine shop experience preferred. Manufacturing or fluid power industry experience preferred. Ability to follow instructions and read technical drawings. Journeyman CNC Machine Tool Operator training or willingness to complete the program preferred.
