Job Description
Ezeflow USA, Inc. - Flowline Division is seeking an experienced, motivated Large Press Operator/Trainee to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA. The Press Operator/Trainee role plays a key part in our production process. In this role, you will assist the large hydraulic press operator in setting up and operating heavy-duty power presses used to bend, form, stretch, and straighten various metal components using a 250-ton to 2,000-ton large hydraulic press. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a 250-ton or larger large hydraulic press, previous manufacturing experience, excellent measuring skills, and forklift experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Prepares, greases, and precoats fittings. Measures and marks reference lines on workpieces. Position and align die sets into the press machine. Bolt dies to the ram and bed of the machine. Preheat workpieces in the furnace. Lift and position workpieces between dies. Reposition workpieces and change dies for multiple passes. Hand-form or finishes workpieces. Grind burrs and sharp edges. Operates forklift. Bend or straighten cold metal. Set dies to punch and blank heavy metal.

Qualifications:
1 year forklift experience preferred 1 year Large Hydraulic Press Operator (250-ton or larger) experience preferred Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to measure with measuring tools and instruments Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsPhysical Demands:
