Monday-Friday:

Operate blaster equipment to clean metal castings Load and unload castings into the blaster Inspect castings for cleanliness and quality Monitor equipment operation and report any issues Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep the work area safe and clean Assist in other areas of the foundry as needed Full training provided - no prior foundry experience needed

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established safety procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to recognize and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues Ability to perform physically demanding work Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work safely Must consistently follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, machine guards, and equipment safety controls Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
