Life:

Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments, assisting with equipment changeovers. Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems; reporting production and quality data; reporting decisions made; referring questions to the supervisor. Ensure operation of equipment by following preventive maintenance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and repairs in a timely manner. Ability to read rolling orders, blueprints, and mill schedules to determine set-up specifications, work sequences, product dimensions, and installation procedures. The ability to ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards is critical. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of three die press rolling experience required or 2 years experience with similar machines Attention to detail Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly. Ability to safely use angle grinder Responsiveness and adaptability to changes in the work environment. Solid math skills and knowledge of sophisticated measuring and testing equipment. 3 die press roller operators must understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems as they relate to fixtures and machines. Requirements Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education preferred. Requires lifting up to 50lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reading and walking. Ability to properly read a tape measure. Ability to work with multiple priorities. Must have a valid drivers license. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Overtime required.
