We are seeking an experienced and dependable Saw Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Duncan, SC. This position is responsible for operating a variety of saw equipment, cutting materials to specifications, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Hour Unpaid Lunch Break Pay Rate:

$21.00/hour Saw Machine Operation Operate CNC panel saws, table saws, shears, adjustable circular saws, band saws, and hand saws. Select the appropriate saw blade based on material type and work order requirements. Set up and operate programmable CNC saw equipment. Pull materials from storage locations and restock inventory as needed. Remove cut materials from equipment and maintain accurate production counts. Measure finished materials using tape measures, rulers, calipers, and squares to verify specifications. Utilize barcode scanners and computer systems to track materials and maintain inventory records. Maintain saw blade sharpening and repair schedules according to company processes. Perform preventative and routine maintenance on equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements. General Warehouse Responsibilities Package products using proper techniques and company quality standards. Store materials accurately using barcode labels and designated bin locations. Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse. Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Follow all company quality and safety procedures for warehouse operations. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience operating saw equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required. using measuring instruments Forklift experience required Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
