Furnace Belt Operator Job Summary:

Pay:

$23.69/hr 3rd

Shift:

10:30PM - 7AM Start up, operate, and shut down furnaces to heat treat parts according to customer specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules while maintaining acceptable quality and maximizing production.

Key Responsibilities:

Start up, operate, and shut down furnaces safely and efficiently. Heat treat customer parts according to specifications and production requirements. Monitor furnace operation and ensure quality requirements are met. Maintain production schedules while providing maximum production consistent with acceptable quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to identify customer parts. Ability to read and comprehend information gauges used in furnace operation. Ability to understand specifications and applicable information. Must be available to work 2nd shift.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing/production environment. Ability to operate furnace equipment and monitor gauges throughout the shift.
