Manufacturing / Machine Operation Team 360 Staffing is actively seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Die Cutter to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualified applicants must have previous hands-on experience operating industrial machinery, following production specifications, and performing quality inspections. Previous machine operation experience is required. Applicants with die-cutting, press machine, or industrial cutting equipment experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor die-cutting or similar manufacturing machinery. Follow production instructions and work orders accurately. Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards. Maintain production efficiency and meet daily production goals. Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality concerns. Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors. Requirements & Qualifications Previous industrial machine operation or manufacturing equipment experience required. Knowledge of basic quality inspection procedures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and production specifications. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Workplace Policies Strict smoke-free and tobacco-free workplace. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use during working hours or on company premises. No jewelry permitted on the production floor.
