We are currently looking to add a 2nd shift Water Jet Operator to the team due to growth! 2nd shift is Monday - Friday from 3pm - 11:30 pm.
Responsibilities Include:
Operate waterjet per provided NC programs. Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment. Responsible for getting first piece acceptance from quality department. Responsible for performing daily preventive maintenance. Set up fixture per set up sheets. Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to SQA sheets, counts, scrap, time, etc., according to Company policy. Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets. Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.
Requirements:
High School or equivalent Must be able to read and work from work order instructions Must have general computer skills Basic blueprint interpretation skills CNC Experience -

Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor, as well as, exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
