Full job description Summary Highpoint Powder Coating is looking to fill a position for a Media Blasting\Prep tech. Responsibilities include media blast parts prior to powder coating. Responsibilities includes media blasting, degreasing, masking, disassembly. Ensures quality finished products. Job Responsibilities Media blasting of parts Degreasing of parts Masking parts that do not require blasting Disassembly of items prior to processing Equipment maintenance Maintains safe and clean working environment. Follows and promotes company safety guidelines. Presents effective interface with customer by sharing positive attitude and respect, ability, and courtesy. Communicate with leadership and teammates effectively and in timely manner. Job Requirements Attention to detail Must be reliable Mechanical aptitude Strong communication skills Ability to multi-task and make decisions.
