• Hands-On Work with Tools We're hiring Deburr Technicians / Grinders to support aerospace manufacturing operations.

This role focuses on precision finishing of metal parts using hand tools and grinding equipment. Ideal for candidates with deburring, grinding, or mechanical experience , or anyone comfortable working with hand tools in a production environment. What You'll Do Deburr and finish metal parts to meet customer specifications Blend edges and remove imperfections using hand tools and grinders Use tools such as deburr guns and pencil grinders Follow detailed work instructions and engineering requirements Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Maintain clean, organized work areas Track and document completed work

What We're Looking For Must-Have:

Experience with deburring, grinding, or hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity

Preferred:
