IQ Resource Group is seeking a Die Cast Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in a hands-on production role. This position involves operating manual or automatic high-pressure die casting machines to produce brass and aluminum castings. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but die casting or foundry experience is not required. Shift:

1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3pm plus overtime as scheduled Key Responsibilities Operate die casting machines and inspect castings for defects. Apply die release using a hand sprayer. Clean and maintain dies through wire wheeling and polishing. Remove excess material and flash from castings during production. Assist with machine setups and tooling changes. Tend furnaces and handle materials as needed. Follow work instructions and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or factory experience preferred. Die casting or foundry experience is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team. Willingness to learn new processes and follow supervisor direction. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work in varying temperatures. Single coverage:

$29.58 per week with a $250/$500 annual deductible.
