Job Description

Our wire cloth screens form the foundation for a full line of premium screen products that today includes our renowned Livewire®, Armor®, Accuslot®, Vibraspan®, and Vibraclean® screens, as well as urethane and rubber modular screen panels and aggregate equipment wear liners and screen accessories. Job Summary Safely performs entry-level urethane production and finishing operations to manufacture products that meet company quality standards and customer specifications. Works under direct supervision while learning urethane processing procedures, equipment operation, product specifications, and quality requirements.
Work Schedule Second Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 12am

Second Shift:
Starting at $19.75/hr Essential Job Functions Follow all company safety rules, work instructions, and operating procedures. Select and prepare required materials, molds, tools, and equipment. Assist with mold preparation, cleaning, and setup. Perform basic urethane production operations according to work instructions. Assist with material mixing, pouring, and casting processes. Demold products and perform finishing operations including trimming, sanding, flashing removal, and cutting. Perform visual inspections of products for obvious defects. Record required production information accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Safely handle raw materials and finished goods. Report quality concerns, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages to supervision. Support inventory, packaging, and shipping activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to learn manufacturing processes and quality requirements. Basic math and measuring skills. Competencies Safety Awareness Dependability Attention to Detail Teamwork Adaptability Willingness to Learn Work Environment While performing the job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and loud repetitive equipment. Work is performed indoors in an non-climate controlled industrial environment, with occasional extreme temperature conditions. Proper PPE is to be worn, and safety procedures are to be followed at all times. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of the job. The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, have good dexterity utilizing their arms, hands, and fingers, the ability to communicate clearly with co-workers, and the ability to hear and smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
