CNC Tool Grinder A family-owned company, Dynomax designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking an experienced CNC Tool Grinder to join our manufacturing team.
CNC Tool Grinder Job Responsibilities:
The CNC Tool Grinder will Program, Set Up, and Operate a CNC Rollomatic Cylindrical Grinding Machine to produce tight tolerance injection mold tooling. Study blueprints or specifications and use GD&T to plan sequences of operations for the manufacturing of tools, specifically core pins for injection mold tooling Perform machining operations and set-up on CNC Rollomatic Cylindrical Grinding Machine Verify dimensions, alignments, smoothness and clearances of finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, indicators and microscopes Support other Tooling functions, including tool maintenance, tool assembly, and machining Work with tool designers to give them technical support as well as coordinate outside repairs and changes
CNC Tool Grinder Job Requirements:
