Steady, large-scale projects — not short-term patchwork Well-maintained equipment and a team that respects skilled operators Competitive pay and benefits A company culture built on trust, accountability, and pride in the work Opportunity to work alongside some of the best operators in the industry Pay for this position is starting at $26 to $30 an hour DOE Position Description What You'll Do Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area Position Requirements What We're Looking For Proven experience operating scrapers on heavy civil or highway projects Strong understanding of grades, cuts, fills, and production work Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing site conditions Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
