Because we provide 24/7 emergency services, this position requires flexibility, including participation in an on-call rotation and the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when emergency situations arise. What You'll Do Secure residential and commercial properties by installing board-ups on windows, doors, and other openings Install temporary fencing and other protective barriers as needed Respond to hazardous material incidents and emergency cleanup situations Identify, contain, and assist with the remediation of hazardous substances and environmental hazards Perform decontamination procedures while following all safety protocols Properly collect, handle, transport, and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations Inspect, use, and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) Complete job documentation, incident reports, and compliance records Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and emergency response partners Participate in ongoing safety training and emergency response exercises Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in safe working condition Support other restoration operations as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response Preferred Qualifications Experience in restoration, construction, demolition, environmental services, emergency response, or general labor Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
