Job Description:

Responsibilities Taking pictures of the site. Set up material, containment, and negative air pressure. Knowledge of demolition. Pick all trash, and debris, and double bag all waste. Hepa vacuum, wipe, and encapsulation. Making sure the work area is always clean and presentable. Follow OSHA, and AQMD guidelines. Asbestos removal Lead abatement Bio Cleaning Mold remediation Work includes handling hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment Knowledge, skills, abilities required At least 1 year of experience in industry or related industries Team player Ability to escalate problems when appropriate A commitment to maintain high-quality standards Strong attendance record Accountable Must be in good physical condition•Job includes lifting, pushing, pulling heavy objects up to 25lbs Repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting Climbing ladders and working at heights Prolonged standing and walking

Highly Preferred:

Driver's license Asbestos Certification in California Bilingual English Spanish preferred
