This position provides leadership to field personnel while managing scheduling, workforce planning, timekeeping, payroll review, project coordination, and operational performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily asbestos abatement operations and project execution. Schedule crews, equipment, and resources to meet project demands. Supervise foremen and field employees, providing guidance, support, and accountability. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance. Review employee timecards, payroll submissions, and labor allocations for accuracy. Monitor workforce utilization, overtime, and staffing needs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA, company policies, and asbestos regulations. Coordinate with project managers/estimators, clients, inspectors, and company leadership to ensure successful project completion. Assist with employee training, development, and performance management. Address operational issues, project challenges, and customer concerns in a timely manner. Maintain project documentation, certifications, and compliance records. Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of asbestos abatement experience. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Knowledge of asbestos regulations, safety requirements, and industry best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll review, and workforce management. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. This position serves as a key operational leader responsible for driving safety, productivity, workforce accountability, and the successful execution of asbestos abatement projects.

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
