Full Job Description Role Overview Position:
Demo Technician Pay Range:
$21- 25 per hour (based on experience, attitude, work ethic, and certifications) As a Demo Technician, you'll assist in the safe and efficient completion of demolition and mitigation-related tasks across active job sites.
Demolition Work:
Perform demolition of affected materials including drywall, flooring, insulation, and other structural components.Job Site Support:
Assist Lead Technicians with daily tasks to keep projects on schedule.Safety Compliance:
Follow IICRC and OSHA standards to ensure safe work practices at all times.Documentation Assistance:
Capture photos and provide updates for job documentation as directed.Equipment Handling:
Set up, move, and remove equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
Vehicle & Tool Care:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Demo Technician to join our team. You will assist in responding to property damage situations—such as water, fire, mold, or storm events—by performing demolition, material removal, and job site preparation. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow direction while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities- Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Load and dispose of debris in accordance with company procedures
- Set up and take down drying and mitigation equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites for restoration work
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
- Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Prior experience in demolition, construction, or mitigation preferred but not required
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required Why Join Us
