  • Full-time Job Summary An Industrial Services Technician at Cowart Industrial Services performs waste clean-up, tank cleaning, and specialized industrial maintenance.
This physically demanding, field-based role requires confined space entry, working at heights, and operating heavy equipment like ultra-high-pressure hydro-blasting units and industrial vacuum trucks.
Key responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Operate specialized gear such as high-pressure pumps, chemical cleaning systems, and manual or automated hydro-blasting equipment, vacuum trucks, airmovers,
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain safety policies on all job sites.
Site Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, clear out non-hazardous materials, and ensure surfaces meet customer specifications.
Physical Demands:
Work in confined spaces, stand for extended periods, and perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) in varying weather and plant environments.
Emergency Response:
Participate in on-call rotations for various emergency responses and site remediation. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks, physicals, and drug tests. Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in industrial cleaning, vacuum trucks, confined space, non hazardous handling, emergency response, tank cleaning, pressure washing (higer level)

$16.00
