$32/hr - $38/hr Role Description Client is seeking a full-time Mold & Tool Repair Technician to join our team on-site in Bridgeview, IL. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining molds and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mold performance issues, collaborating with the engineering team for mold design improvements, and maintaining records of repairs and modifications. The role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tool Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate Machining and Polishing
• Familiarity with machining, tooling, and injection molding processes is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in related technical fields preferred
