NESHAP, and OSHA requirements. This role is responsible for on-site supervision, regulatory compliance, crew leadership, and documentation on residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Responsibilities Serve as the designated MA Asbestos Supervisor on active abatement projects Ensure compliance with 454 CMR 28.00, EPA NESHAP, and

OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1101

Set up and maintain proper containments, negative air systems, and decontamination units Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce PPE and work practices Oversee proper wet methods, HEPA vacuuming, and waste handling Coordinate and submit required ANF notifications, amendments, and close-out documentation Maintain accurate daily logs, air monitoring coordination, and waste shipment records Interface professionally with owners, inspectors, industrial hygienists, and regulators Train and supervise asbestos workers to MA standards Stop work immediately if unsafe or non-compliant conditions exist Experience 5+ years of asbestos abatement experience in Massachusetts Experience in residential or commercial and municipalities OSHA 10 or 30 (Construction) Mold or lead licenses (a plus, not required) This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to lead impactful projects that prioritize health, safety, and compliance.
