FULL-TIME

40+ HOURS (however, there are weeks where there are less) Work directly on a crew with other employees and provide professional services to clean up homes and businesses from fire/water damage. We are a growing company serving all of Worcester County and beyond. (transportation from our office is always provided) •

Key Responsibilities:

• Water/Fire/Smoke Damage Mitigation:

  Performs water extraction, sets up and monitors air movers/dehumidifiers, removes non-salvageable materials, and performs content pack-outs.

• Demolition & Cleaning:

  Performs light demolition, structural cleaning, and detailed cleaning (carpet, upholstery, or post-construction).

• Mold Remediation:

  Assists in identifying damage and performing mold remediation as directed.

• Customer Service:

  Represents the company, explains processes, and interacts with customers with empathy during high-stress situations.

• Documentation:

  Documents job progress with notes and photos, and completes moisture logs.

• Equipment/Vehicle Maintenance:

  Cleans and maintains company vehicles and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.

Safety Adherence:

Follows all safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and using respirators when required.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:

  Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus, but many positions are entry-level with on-the-job training.

• Physical Strength:

  Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Licensure:

  Valid driver\'s license.

• Schedule:

  Willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

• Skills:

  Ability to work well in a team environment, follow directions, and use technology for documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines. Communicate with staff and customers to make sure all needs are met. Identify safety hazards. Establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants. Manage job site and documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details. Clean and maintain service vehicles, equipment, and warehouse.

Position Requirements:

Valid drivers license with clean driving record. High school diploma/GED. Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred. IICR certification preferred. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces. Available to work evening and weekend hours. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply: Veterans, janitorial, carpentry, construction, carpet cleaning, or general labor.
