Third Shift, 11:00pm-7:00am (initial training on First Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm, for several weeks)

Approximately $25.00+ per hour, based on proven work history A night in the life You clock in before midnight, review tooling work orders, and get hands-on with plastic injection molds. Your shift blends precision machining, fast troubleshooting, and careful documentation. You'll disassemble and reassemble molds safely, clean and bench details, and polish as needed—always with a focus on reducing downtime and keeping production moving. Before the presses stop, you're on the floor with the tool in the press, diagnosing issues alongside Process Engineers and making improvements. Back in the tool room, you run a surface grinder to +

001), and EDM Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, bore micrometers) Troubleshoot issues with Process Engineers and on the production floor Support inventory monitoring to maintain reasonable component stock Maintain tools and equipment, including daily cleaning of machinery Record maintenance in the company system and work to schedule commitments Assist Maintenance Technicians and work with minimal supervision Apply knowledge of manifold systems (e.g., Mold Master, Senventive, Osco) and hydraulics What you bring High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years hands-on experience in a tool room with plastic injection mold repair or maintenance 3+ years using hand-operated tool room equipment Solid understanding of mold and die components and their characteristics Ability to read and follow tooling work orders; strong verbal/written communication Basic computer skills Prototype tool making experience (helpful) Plastic injection processing experience (highly desired) Trade school or some college (preferred) Physical and safety expectations Lift up to 55 pounds Frequent walking, bending, standing, climbing, and lifting High-accuracy visual inspections Safe, efficient operation of machines and equipment Pre-employment A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
