Essential FunctionsAdhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wideTrain and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to all water processing equipment, including mold injection machinesRapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrencePartner with other Maintenance mechanics to resolve cross-functional problemsUse of available software systems to analyze and identify issues to drive throughout performanceSIPA injection molding machines consisting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems Auxiliary systems including resin handling/blending, resin drying, dehumidification, vision inspection, conveying, and cooling systems.
