Job Description
Retro Environmental, a well-established Selective Demolition and Environmental Remediation Company, is seeking to hire a Full-Time demolition, asbestos and lead abatement laborers to join our team. We offer a benefits package including:

- 401K Plan with Company Matching up to 3% Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Come to jobsites on time and ready to work with all PPE and necessary tools.
- Report to the Supervisor and sign in and out on the job timesheet.
- Attend Pre-work Safety Meeting to discuss all worker duties for the day and any safety concerns.
- Put suite and all associated PPE on and be ready to enter work area, may it be for Asbestos, Lead, or Mold stabilization or Demolition.
- Enter the work area and proceed with all work discussed in the earlier meeting.
- Be open and available for occasionally changes/re-directs of duties by the Supervisor per the work load.
- Follow Supervisor instruction on all breaks and end times.
- At the end of the shift, clean-up and secure all materials, equipment, and waste per the Supervisor's instructions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year prior related experience or commercial building construction experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Asbestos certification and state license
- Pass required medical examination in order to wear a respirator Salary Certified abatement laborer starts at $24.
