Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages using industry-standard techniques and equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for disassembly, cleaning, and restoration of items Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry guidelines Assist with water damage restoration tasks such as drying, dehumidification, and moisture detection Support construction-related activities when necessary to facilitate content removal or structural repairs Maintain accurate documentation of all cleaning processes, procedures performed, and materials used Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred, especially in content cleaning or related fields Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration processes is advantageous Knowledge of mold remediation and asbestos abatement techniques is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other restoration tools Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in various environments Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively Join us in delivering exceptional restoration services that help clients rebuild their lives!
