Position Summary Cold Jet is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Fabricator to support fabrication, machining, and material handling operations. This hands-on role involves assisting with the manufacturing of equipment and components, operating fabrication tools, supporting machining processes, and transporting materials and equipment using a company box truck. The ideal candidate has fabrication experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A DOT-certified driver (or ability to obtain certification) is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing of Cold Jet equipment and components. Support machining operations including material preparation, deburring, drilling, tapping, and part finishing. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility. Drive a company box truck to transport parts, equipment, and materials between facilities, vendors, and customers as required. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain transportation logs as required. Assist machinists and production personnel with setup and production activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing processes. Support inventory management and material receiving activities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. DOT Certification or ability to obtain DOT certification (preferred not required) Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts (preferred not required) Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work safely around machinery, fabrication equipment, and industrial vehicles.
