Part-Time Confined Space Rescue Technician Location:

Competitive, based on experience Join Our Emergency Response Team We are seeking experienced Standby Confined Space Rescue Technicians to provide emergency rescue coverage for industrial facilities throughout the Gulf Coast. Candidates must have a strong sense of safety, the ability to work in demanding industrial environments, and be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice assignments. This position is ideal for firefighters, industrial rescue professionals, EMTs, or experienced confined space rescue technicians looking for supplemental income. Responsibilities Provide standby rescue coverage for confined space entry operations and other high-risk work activities. Monitor work areas for compliance with site safety requirements. Maintain readiness of rescue equipment and emergency response gear. Assist with emergency response activities when required. Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and project personnel. Follow all OSHA, client, and company safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications Must live in the Houston, Texas area or surrounding communities. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and short-notice assignments. Ability to pass pre-employment and site-specific requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous confined space rescue experience. First responder, firefighter, EMT, paramedic, industrial safety, or rescue background.Current certifications in:
Confined Space Rescue First Aid/CPR/AEDOSHA 30 HAZWOPER
(24 or 40 hours) Rope Rescue Industrial Fire Brigade Physical Requirements Ability to work in industrial environments, including refineries, chemical plants, and manufacturing facilities. Ability to wear PPE and respiratory protection as required. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and enter confined spaces. Ability to lift and carry rescue equipment. Why Join Us?
