From confined space entries to hazardous material cleanups, you will be the primary lead ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the client's satisfaction.
What You'll Do Crew Leadership:
Direct one or more crews on both scheduled and emergency response-based projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
Safety Management:
Protect the health and safety of the crew, customer, and site by identifying, communicating, and mitigating hazards in line with SET policies.
Project Oversight:
Manage diverse environmental scopes, including Confined Space Entry (CSE), remediation, and hazardous materials cleanup.
Resource Coordination:
Oversee the equipment and supplies needed for project success, ensuring the team is fully prepared for every assignment.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through professional on-site conduct and reliable project delivery.
Operational Flexibility:
Respond to local projects and participate in the emergency response (ER) on-call rotation, including weekends.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, HAZMAT, and SET Environmental safety policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring Education & Experience Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of verifiable industry experience.
Licensing:
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record; must pass DOT physical including drug and alcohol screening.
Certifications:
40-hour
OSHA HAZWOPER, OSHA
30, and Confined Space Entry/Rescue Training (or the ability to obtain these upon hire).
Technical Skills:
Basic chemical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Core Skills:
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English with strong leadership and communication abilities.
Availability:
