Hazardous Waste Technician w/ Trade skills Fresh Family LLC Job Overview Fresh Family LLC is seeking experienced, skilled trade professionals to join our growing team. As we continue to expand, we are building a stronger in-house workforce to support larger, more complex projects across environmental services and skilled trades. This role is ideal for dependable, hands-on professionals who bring established trade skills and want consistent work, long-term growth, and the opportunity to help shape a growing company. We are currently hiring up to three (3) additional team members who can contribute immediately through their existing trade experience while also supporting our environmental service operations. This position requires candidates who have: 5+ years of overall work experience Relevant trade or environmental industry experience within the last 3-5 years Proven, hands-on skill in various trades (painting, drywall, carpentry, construction, demolition, millwork, or framing) Ability to perform high-quality work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and assist with environmental services such as pressure washing and litter pickup Key Responsibilities Perform skilled trade work on active job sites based on experience and project needs Support environmental service projects as required Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and job-site cleanliness Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Apply trade expertise to help expand company service offerings Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members Adapt to changing project scopes and schedules as needed By joining Fresh Family LLC, you become part of a growing company focused on building internal expertise, expanding service capabilities, and creating steady opportunities for skilled workers. Pay:
