JOB SUMMARY

The EVS Technician I will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by practicing appropriate infectious control measures to prevent the spread disease and infection. Will monitors the exterior and interior of all Tulalip Health System facilities to ensure safe environment.

COMPENSATION

$23.25 MINIMUM

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE

One (1) year of experience working in Custodial Maintenance or similar field.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES CPR/BLS

certificate. Must have completed the following OSHA Courses.

•Will allow one (1) year to obtain. Workplace Hygiene and Illness Prevention Program Management Course (738) Bloodborne Pathogens Program Management (755) Respiratory Protection (756) Introduction to Ergonomic (711) Personal Protective Equipment (709) Must complete an Agility exam to determine if physically capable of performing job duties. Must complete HIPAA training upon hire Must abide by departments vaccination policy and will need to provide up-to-date immunization records as part of the credentialing process. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
