What You'll Do:
Respond quickly to emergency calls—no two days are the same Extract water, clean smoke/fire damage, remediate mold, and restore structures Document everything clearly for our estimators and clients Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Provide empathetic, reassuring customer service when people need it most Maintain equipment and vehicles—always ready for go-time Be on-call for rotating emergency response shifts Support and mentor newer technicians Embrace safety—PPE always provided and required What You Bring to the
Team:
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Physically able to lift/move 5-100 lbs and work in tough environments (heat, cold, confined spaces) Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Team player mindset with strong communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
