Field Manger/Foreman - WV Description Seeking a dependable Field Manager to lead environmental remediation and restoration projects throughout the North Central West Virginia region. This role involves hands-on leadership in the field, overseeing crews, managing job sites, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of cleanup and containment work in potentially hazardous environments. Communication, safety awareness, and accountability are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise field crews on remediation and cleanup projects Oversee site setup, containment, and restoration work (soil, water, or structural) Ensure all safety procedures are followed, including proper use of PPE (respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, etc.) Communicate clearly with crew members, leadership, and clients to ensure safe and efficient operations Train and develop team members on job tasks, safety practices, and expectations Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work Assist with hands-on labor including debris removal, demolition, and environmental cleanup Load/unload equipment and materials and ensure proper use on job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Respond to changing job site conditions and make decisions to keep projects on track Travel to various job sites as needed (local and regional) Skills Construction, lift 50 pounds, Supervision, mechanical aptitude, microsoft office, oil & gas, Remediation, Hazwoper, confined space, tank cleaning, general labor worker, Hazardous waste, Project management, Reporting, Safety, osha 10, osha safety, dot, logistic support, logistics, emergency response Top Skills Details Construction,lift 50 pounds,Supervision,mechanical aptitude,microsoft office Additional Skills & Qualifications hazwopper, remediation, hazardous waste, restoration, tank cleaning, emergency response, OSHA10, DOT, mechanical aptitude, foreman experience, firefighter, first responder, project manager, field manager, oil & gas Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Morgantown, WV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
