Operates and monitors heat treating equipment to process materials according to specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Load and unload materials into furnaces and equipment.

• Follow specifications and work instructions accurately.

$22 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week. We are looking for a Heat Treat Tech. This shift is Monday - Thursday 9am-730pm. The Heat Treat Technician will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment, load size, load set up, setting of correct programs per specification, and maintaining production expectations. The technician is required to follow written order instructions and maintain a high level of quality. The Heat Treat Tech will exhibit ownership of the department and quality of work as well as effectively communicate across departments and with management. Must be able to function as an independent worker and self-starter. The ability to utilize computers and read line charts is essential. Will report to department supervisor.
