Understand, change, adjust and control parameters for industrial induction heat treat lines. Monitoring of the process, and adjusting times and temperatures according to the instructions. Requirements job requirements One year minimum experience with induction heat treat for metal parts. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read and interpret piece part drawings and make decisions regarding part quality and offset changes. Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Able to work in a fast paced environment running multiple production lines. Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. Able to maintain regular and predictable attendance, work overtime and weekends as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting standing and walking on concrete floors throughout an 8 to 12 hour shift with frequent handling of metal parts weighing 1 to 5 pounds, visual inspection, occasional bending or reaching, use of hand tools, use of up to 50 lbs. of force to move heavy loads on wheels.
