Pioneer (Company Transport Provided) Job Summary We are looking for a Special Process Operator to perform thermal spray and GEL coating processes for the repair of gas turbine and aero-derivative engine components. This role also supports various surface treatment processes while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Requirements 3 years of manufacturing or special process experience. Key Responsibilities Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating on gas turbine and aero-derivative engine components. Follow work instructions to carry out assigned processes, including blasting, polishing, and heat treatment. Ensure product quality while meeting production targets and schedules. Maintain equipment and ensure proper housekeeping within the work area. Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report any unsafe practices or conditions immediately. Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
